UNINET ACQUIRES SUMMIT TECHNOLOGIES

LOS ANGELES – UniNet Imaging Inc. announces the expansion of its capabilities through the acquisition of Summit Technologies, headquartered in Bohemia, New York, with offices in Ventura, California and chip manufacturing in Las Vegas, Nevada. In September, 2004, Summit Laser Products merged with Graphic Technologies in Camarillo, CA to create Summit Technologies.

 

UniNet and Summit Technologies have similar objectives as specified by Nestor Saporiti, CEO of Uninet, “We are very fortunate to have found an industry expert partner who shares our corporate initiatives, passion, and commitment to innovative technology, delivering quality worldwide, and business excellence.”

 

Highly anticipated, this acquisition combines the core competencies of each corporation - UniNet’s unparalleled Absolute Color™ product line along with Summit’s innovative chip technology and toner blending creates an exciting synergy.

 

The collaborative effort results in “efficient and optimal delivery time in the continental USA, enhanced quality assurance, superior technical support and R&D, personalized sales support, and extensive product depth and breathstates Steven Hecht, CFO.
